Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sales Intelligence, a service operated by Jennings Labs Ltd trading as Sales Intelligence ("Sales Intelligence", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Sales Intelligence
Sales Intelligence is an online business intelligence and prospecting platform designed to assist businesses in identifying and researching potential business customers and prospects.
The Service may provide information including, but not limited to:
- business names;
- business addresses and locations;
- telephone numbers;
- websites;
- email addresses;
- publicly available company information;
- Companies House information;
- business categories;
- reviews and ratings; and
- other business and contact information obtained or derived from third-party and publicly available sources.
Sales Intelligence is provided by Jennings Labs Ltd trading as Sales Intelligence, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Business Use
Sales Intelligence is intended for business and professional use.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are using the Service wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any information obtained through it complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your organisation and activities.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
Accounts are intended for use by the registered customer and must not be sold, transferred, shared externally or made available to third parties without our permission.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
4. Free Trial
New eligible customers may receive a 72-hour free trial containing 250 credits.
The trial begins when your trial is activated following registration.
The free trial will end at the earlier of:
- 72 hours after the trial begins; or
- where you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription before the 72-hour period expires.
If you use all 250 trial credits before the end of the 72-hour trial, you may upgrade immediately to continue using the Service.
Trial credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may refuse, withdraw or restrict trial access where we reasonably believe that a person or organisation is attempting to obtain multiple free trials or otherwise abuse the trial system.
Unless otherwise stated, only one free trial is permitted per customer or organisation.
5. Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription
When registering for a free trial, you agree that, unless you cancel before the end of the 72-hour trial period, your account will automatically convert to the Sales Intelligence paid subscription.
The subscription price is currently £79.99 per month, subject to any applicable taxes where relevant.
By starting the trial and providing a valid payment method, you authorise Jennings Labs Ltd to charge the applicable monthly subscription fee when the trial expires and on each subsequent monthly billing date until the subscription is cancelled.
No payment will be taken for the subscription during the 72-hour free trial unless you choose to upgrade early.
The automatic conversion of the trial to a paid subscription will be clearly disclosed during registration.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Your subscription will continue on a monthly rolling basis until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to collect the applicable subscription charge from your selected payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid and that sufficient funds are available.
If payment cannot be collected, we may retry payment and/or suspend or restrict access to the Service until payment is successfully received.
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before the new price applies and will not retrospectively alter amounts already paid.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account or subscription management facilities provided by Sales Intelligence.
Cancellation prevents the next recurring subscription payment from being taken.
Unless otherwise stated, your account will remain active until the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for.
You may cancel your free trial at any point before it converts to a paid subscription.
If you cancel the free trial before the end of the 72-hour period, you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.
8. Credits and Usage
Certain functions within Sales Intelligence operate using credits or usage allowances.
The number of credits required for particular actions may vary depending on the feature being used.
Credits:
- are provided solely for use within Sales Intelligence;
- have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for money;
- cannot normally be transferred between accounts; and
- may expire or reset in accordance with the subscription or package through which they were supplied.
We may introduce reasonable limits to protect the Service against excessive, automated, abusive or technically harmful usage.
9. Business Data and Third-Party Information
Sales Intelligence obtains, combines, processes and/or displays information from a range of sources, which may include publicly available information and third-party data providers.
While we take reasonable steps to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that any information supplied through Sales Intelligence is complete, current, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
Business information can change frequently and third-party sources may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
You should independently verify information where its accuracy is important to a business decision.
The inclusion of a business, individual, email address, telephone number or other information within Sales Intelligence does not mean that the relevant person or organisation has consented to being contacted by you.
10. Your Use of Data
You are responsible for how you use, store, export, combine, process and otherwise handle information obtained through Sales Intelligence.
You agree that you will not use information obtained through the Service:
- unlawfully;
- fraudulently or deceptively;
- to harass, threaten or cause distress to any person;
- to send communications prohibited by applicable law;
- in breach of applicable privacy, data protection or electronic marketing legislation;
- to discriminate unlawfully against individuals;
- to create or maintain unlawful databases; or
- for any purpose which infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
Where information constitutes personal data, you are responsible for determining and complying with your own obligations under applicable data protection legislation.
11. Prospecting and Direct Marketing
Sales Intelligence provides research and prospecting tools. It does not provide legal permission or consent to contact any person or organisation identified through the Service.
You are solely responsible for determining whether and how you may lawfully contact a prospect.
Depending on your activities, this may include compliance with applicable requirements relating to:
- the UK General Data Protection Regulation;
- the Data Protection Act 2018;
- the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 ("PECR");
- Telephone Preference Service ("TPS") requirements;
- Corporate Telephone Preference Service ("CTPS") requirements; and
- any other applicable direct marketing, privacy or communications legislation.
Different rules may apply depending on whether you contact a limited company, corporate body, sole trader, partnership or individual.
You must establish any lawful basis, consent or other legal authority required for your intended use of the information.
Sales Intelligence does not warrant that a telephone number, email address or other contact record is suitable or lawful for any particular marketing activity.
12. Exported Data
Where the Service allows data to be exported or downloaded, you may use that information for your own legitimate internal business purposes subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Exporting information does not transfer ownership of the Sales Intelligence database, platform or underlying intellectual property to you.
You must not:
- resell or redistribute substantial quantities of Sales Intelligence data as a standalone data product;
- reproduce or create a competing database or service using data systematically extracted from Sales Intelligence;
- provide third parties with access to your account for the purpose of extracting data;
- scrape, crawl or systematically extract information from the Service other than through functionality expressly provided by us; or
- attempt to circumvent usage limits, credits or technical restrictions.
Information lawfully exported during an active subscription is not required to be deleted merely because your subscription subsequently ends, but your continued use of that information remains subject to applicable law and your own data protection obligations.
13. Fair Usage and Automated Access
You must not use bots, scripts, automated systems, scraping tools or other mechanisms to access the Service except where expressly authorised by us.
You must not attempt to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- circumvent credit or usage restrictions;
- gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- reverse engineer protected elements of the Service;
- intentionally overload our infrastructure; or
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend accounts where activity reasonably appears to threaten the security, availability or integrity of the Service.
14. Intellectual Property
The Sales Intelligence platform, software, branding, interface, design, functionality and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Jennings Labs Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while you maintain a valid account and comply with these Terms.
15. Third-Party Services
Sales Intelligence may depend on information, infrastructure or services supplied by third parties.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, errors or restrictions introduced by third-party providers which are outside our reasonable control.
Features or data sources may therefore occasionally change, become unavailable or be replaced.
We reserve the right to modify the Service where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve or develop the platform.
16. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep Sales Intelligence available and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary.
17. No Guarantee of Results
Sales Intelligence is a business research and prospecting tool.
We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in:
- sales;
- leads;
- appointments;
- responses;
- revenue;
- successful prospecting;
- particular levels of data coverage; or
- any other commercial outcome.
You remain responsible for your own sales, marketing and business decisions.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, Jennings Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or loss arising from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete third-party information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Jennings Labs Ltd during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies and records of information you require for your business.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Sales Intelligence where we reasonably believe that:
- these Terms have been materially breached;
- the Service is being used unlawfully;
- an account presents a security risk;
- payment remains outstanding;
- the free trial system is being abused;
- our systems or data are being systematically scraped or exploited; or
- continued access could expose Jennings Labs Ltd, our suppliers or another person to legal or technical risk.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide an opportunity to remedy a breach before permanently terminating an account.
20. Privacy
We process information relating to our customers and users in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we process it, how long we retain it, the organisations with whom it may be shared and the rights available to individuals under applicable data protection legislation.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legislation, our suppliers or our business operations.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid customer's rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect where practicable.
Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights which apply.
